Welcome to Bite440. By accessing our website (bite440.com) or placing an order through Swiggy, Zomato, or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. About Bite440

Bite440 is a food restaurant based in Bahlolpur, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India. We serve Chinese, Tandoori, Continental, Indian, Mughlai cuisines and our signature Daal Moradabadi. We do not operate our own delivery service — all deliveries are fulfilled through Swiggy, Zomato, or self-arranged WhatsApp orders.

3. Ordering

• Orders can be placed through Swiggy, Zomato, or directly via WhatsApp at +91 87962 71106.
• Bite440 does not have its own delivery app or online ordering portal.
• For WhatsApp orders, confirmation of the order is done via message and payment is collected at delivery or as agreed.
• Menu availability, prices, and offers may vary across platforms and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of unavailability of items.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices listed on Swiggy and Zomato are maintained on those platforms and may differ from WhatsApp prices.
• Bite440 is not responsible for any additional platform charges or delivery fees applied by Swiggy or Zomato.
• For bulk or special orders, pricing will be communicated individually via WhatsApp.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders placed on Swiggy or Zomato are subject to those platforms' respective cancellation and refund policies.
• For WhatsApp orders, cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted.
• Refunds for WhatsApp orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• In the event of incorrect or damaged items, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with proof (photograph).

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

• Our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients including dairy, gluten, nuts, and meat. Cross-contamination is possible.
• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.
• Bite440 is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose allergen information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, and branding belongs to Bite440. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bite440 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Bite440 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
